Very comfortable beds, clean. Joint kitchen but there's a kettle, mugs and tea in your room. Depending on which room you pick, you either have your own bathroom or a joint one. WiFi is quite slow but otherwise very good option. There's an amazing gelateria really near, best ice cream I ever ate (Fassi I think).

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing experience. The place is fantastic, big room, private bathroom (in our case), AC, big bed, TV, a little tea station with an electric kettle, a desk, nightstands, closet, everything moderately modern. We paid about 50€ per night, plus 50€ tourist tax for both of us for one week. We had access to a community fridge in which we could store our foods, there was a water fountain, toaster and microwave available. The place is run by Alex, Luna, and Rani. Rani came by almost every day to make sure all was well, make our bed, straighten up the room, ensure everything was available and going well without a hitch. The room is in an apartment that has 4 rooms available in total. It’s in an old, authentic building that hosts many apartments, most of them private. We were incredibly close to the Colosseum (15 min. walk) and the next metro station (3 min. walk) Manzoni. We were pretty much in the center of Rome, with a supermarket (Emme piú), many restaurants and ice cream places nearby. On our last day, (our flight left at 7pm) he was so kind as to let us store all our luggage in the room and pick it up right before we had to head to the airport. Big thanks for that! We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.
